From the moment I contacted Town Manor, they were nothing but wonderful, warm and inviting. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things.
When my now husband and I decided to use Town Manor, we did not fully understand what we were getting – we were being accepted and welcomed into a new family, with open arms.
The moment I began to plan, and stress over the details, Town Manor stepped in, like the amazing people they are, to alleviate that stress. Any time I had a question, they were there to respond. Any time I was stuck or needed to meet in person, Nandy and Emily were available to help me and to walk me through the planning. They made the process so easy and stress free which made me able to worry about other things. From an allergy free menu to a custom play list, they made it happen. Anything I needed; they were there for. If you are on the fence about Town Manor, let me help you with a decision. For the price, you will get perfection. For the price, you will have a dedicated team that will be there for you and help you along the way. For the price, you will have peace of mind and an amazing experience that I know other vendors cannot match. I met and spoke with at least 30 other places and options before I found Town Manor and I am so glad I found them! Their price was better than everyone else’s and they made me feel welcome, loved and appreciated – like I mattered – from the very first conversation. Above all, you will be welcomed in to a wonderful, loving family of some of the best humans I have ever met in my life – I am grateful to Town Manor and to Nandy, Don and Emily, to which I say, thank you.

If you’re looking for a place that truly does it all (makeup/hair, photographer/videographer,flowers & transportation not included, but they provide recommendations) and treats you like family, look no further. They are great about responding to your emails and or texts quickly. Also, you’re able to customize the decor and menu when you pick the diamond package. Don the DJ, also works with you to create whatever music you want for the cocktail hour, ceremony and reception.
Our wedding day was absolutely amazing, just wish it didn’t go by so fast. We’d love to relive that day again and again!!
Advice for future brides - take a deep breath and enjoy every minute because it truly goes by in the blink of an eye. I feel like it lasted a min & wish I relaxed more, but I felt like I needed to mingle with all guests. I should’ve enjoyed my hubby and food more lol.

What other venues were lacking, the Town Manor has it all. We didn’t have to compromise a single thing on our special day. Not only does the property look pristine every time you visit, in our eyes and even our guests, it is magical in every way.
Meeting Nandy and her professional staff we knew we were in exceptional hands. Every step of the way we were guided in the process. As a couple that wanted to have a 1920’s / Art Deco / Great Gatsby themed wedding, the Town Manor had the vintage flare we wanted and allowed what we were envisioning to make happen! Our guests were blown away!
The owners make enhancements year after year to have the property be even more special for years to come for Brides and Grooms! We were able to enjoy and utilize the newly installed brick oven for one of our action stations. That’s right, our guests enjoyed handmade pizzas throughout the night! They were also gluten free. Even the updated terrace by the pool we were able to utilize as the perfect spot for our jack black tables we rented for our guests.
Worried about dietary needs? Don’t be! The dream team and chef accommodated our wishes to have a shellfish and gluten free menu. Don’t want a sit down dinner or deal with a seating chart? You don’t have to! The Town Manor has a flowing reception option, which is totally what we wanted to have for our wedding and our guests loved it! The price packages can work within your budget. You can add and subtract items as needed. Want to ride away in a 1920's car? The town Manor has that too! The list goes on and on.
I could go on and on with so much more! All the other reviews will shine light on how special the staff and venue is. When you decide to make the time to tour the venue you will see why brides & grooms gush over it! It's the best kept secret venue in Central Florida!

They answer all your questions, ease your mind, take special requests and really understand how to make you feel happy and satisfied. Nandy even made sure to keep track of our 6-month old’s feeding schedule so we could continue to have a good time. The food is amazing. We picked a flowing tapas style reception, and it worked out perfectly. All our guests complimented the food and couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful the venue is. Don, the DJ played exactly what we wanted - all we had to do was tell him a genre and a few artists and he took it and ran, in a really good way. I was worried about “the gates open at ‘such and such’ time” but it wasn’t an issue. We had a lot of out of town guests and a lot of early arrivals. Nandy and Emily were very helpful and had great communication through the planning process and the day of. It is all inclusive which was great! The atmosphere is beautiful with the lake front view outside and a vintage feel inside. You can also choose to stay the night in the bridal suite. Nandy and Emily were excellent through the planning process and my day went perfectly. DJ was awesome too! I wouldn't change one thing. My guests were asking how we found this hidden gem and kept telling us how amazed they were by the venue and food. Town Manor is the all inclusive resort of wedding venues and they made my wedding absolutely wonderful. I was looking for a venue that said “old style Florida” and this fit it perfectly, with the gorgeous lake, beautiful garden and vintage bridal suite. The grounds are gorgeous, the food and cake was delicious (and they easily made it dairy free, since I’m allergic!) and they made my wedding day so easy. With Nandy and Emily’s hard work, I just showed up on my wedding day and EVERYTHING was arranged. No having to worry about catering, the flowers, the DJ, the cake; they took care of it all.
I had a very small wedding, less than 10 people were there. It felt gorgeously intimate and special and my husband and I felt so special. Their enthusiasm for making our day the perfect one really made everything go above and beyond, from arrival to our departure in the Town Manor’s vintage car and breakfast the next morning.

Our special day was absolutely breathtaking as we chose to do our ceremony in the afternoon the sun was setting exactly as I walked down the aisle with my father at my side. I couldn’t have dreamt up such a magical day and all the while everyone had fun and enjoyed the exquisite food that the manor served. It was a spectacular location to have and be photographed. There is a website to make your selections on food, cake and linens which was not hard to navigate. They contacted us when deadlines needed to be met and how we could complete them. So preplanning with Town Manor was easy and stress-free.
The day of the wedding was perfect. The cake was done by them (part of the planning) and since we didn't need a special cake, what we got was spot on. The hors d'oeuvres (also done on the website) came out perfectly and per our choice. Music was great and appropriate to the flowing reception we chose. From the moment we stepped on the property, we instantly knew this was the venue for us. It had the best of both worlds — a garden and gazebo along with water views (without having a beach wedding). It was everything we were imagining and more! During the planning process, Nandy and Emily were always helpful and willing to answer all my questions (and there was a lot!). I loved being able to communicate easily and efficiently — it helped the planning process move smoothly, which any bride loves! I also loved how accommodating they were with my requests as well as the hauls of decor I brought to the manor! Our wedding was so beautiful and everything came together so wonderfully! As a bride, it was everything I dreamed of and so much more! The gazebo, the water views, the dinner, the cake, the staff — everything was impeccable! More importantly, the dream team is up for anything. They will move mountains to make your special day even more memorable! Plus, your guests will be raving about the property by the end of the night. Ours are still talking about it! The grounds are beautiful, staff paid attention to detail, and asking if there was anything else we needed. Nandy was always very accessible, which was wonderful planning the wedding from New Jersey. I immediately felt like family when I arrived greeted with smiles and assurance that the weather would hold out. It did! Nandy and team kept a closer eye on the weather and everything went off with out issue. The bridal suite and ball room were very welcoming and beautifully decorated. We stayed in the Tift Suite which was a spacious room. The grounds are beautiful and they have a dock that goes out into the lake where you can enjoy the early morning or a spectacular sunset. The breakfast is delicious. We enjoyed this B&B so much that during the evening instead of eating at the area restaurants we ordered take out and enjoyed the beautiful pool/patio area and the dock. I was... read moreChoosing the Town Manor as our Wedding Venue was hands down the best decision we could have made. I was born and raised in the Central FL area, but my now husband and I live in Savannah, GA and I did have my fears as to planning a wedding that was going to take place 5 hours away. Between Nandy(the fairytale coordinator) and my parents there was nothing to be worried about! The Town Manor answered every possible question by phone call or email in a very timely manner to make sure everything would be exactly as we wanted. I knew from the beginning I wanted an outside ceremony on the water with an indoor/outdoor reception. Guess what, that's exactly what the Manor offers! A garden ceremony overlooking beautiful Lake Juliana, and an elegant ballroom feel reception, with the option of going inside and out as your guests please. It was so nice knowing that our venue, coordinator, DJ, cake, and food were all being taken care of by the Manor. This made it very easy. The entire day was perfect and flowed absolutely beautifully. Thank you so much to Nandy Don, Chef Lo and the rest of the amazing staff at the Town Manor. We will always remember that magical day.

It was one of my most relaxed and breath taking days of my life. The weather was beautiful, the atmosphere was like a magical garden. Nandy greeted me with a single rose and a glass of champagne and I knew from that point on I was in good hands. The Manor treated everyone like royalty. I never had to ask what was next everything flowed like water. My family 6 months later still talk about the amazing sunset and water views. The food was AMAZING, no one could get over the fact that they had shrimp and grits that tasted just like home (family from the South). I even had my mother in law ask if she could buy a case of The Manor signature pink champagne for Christmas. She doesn't even drink! The DJ never missed a beat, engaged with the guests and kept the mood joyful and lively. He even got my husband on the dance floor. I couldn't even imagine having my wedding at any other venue. Our wedding at Town Manor can only be described as “Magically Perfect.” As soon as we arrived we found that the staff at Town Manor had already prepared the entire venue for the wedding party and our guests. The Grand Ballroom was decorated with the style and grace of a five star restaurant, and the Ceremony Garden looked like it was right out of a fairytale. The Bridal suite was perfect for all of the bridesmaids to enjoy the bride getting ready for the first look with all the finishing touches. We began our first look photo session in the back of the property by the lake in the shadow of the beautiful live oaks. There we saw each other for the first time and captured pictures that show our emotions and joy that comes from seeing your bride and groom for the first time.
We then explored the grounds and fountain garden and took amazing shots throughout the beautiful one of a kind landscape that only Town Manor could provide. The Bride was then tucked away as the guests arrived before our ceremony started. The ceremony was perfect with music right on cue and family singing. Everyone was comfortable and could hear our vows spoken to each other with no problems. After our grand exit to our hand picked song, we took some family photos while our guests dined on the best wedding food they had ever eaten before. We constantly saw the Town Manor staff attending to our guest’s every need and the flowing reception provided a grand array of delicious food presented hot and fresh to our guests throughout the entire reception.
The music and dancing were perfect and the DJ played only what we had selected prior to the wedding. We chose an alcohol free reception and Town Manor provided a top notch family-friendly environment where all of our guests felt waited on and valued in every way. We had our first dances in front of the crowd and they were perfect. As soon as we were finished the staff brought us plates of food to eat as we were about to go take our sunset photos.
The rest of the reception went off without a hitch and everyone had the time of there lives eating and celebrating with friends and family for our joyous occasion. When it was time for our grand departure Nandy, our Town Manor director, even contacted and directed the limo driver who was late and couldn’t find us. While we were waiting the staff at Town Manor made us feel so welcome by continuing to play songs to dance to and wait on our guests. After the wedding on the way to our honeymoon suite, we reflected on the day going over each detail and knowing that it would not have been possible without choosing Town Manor as our place to hold our Happily Ever After fairytale moment!

From the beautiful gazebo where we exchanged our vows to the breathtaking sunset over the lake where we took our photos, our wedding experience couldn't have been more perfect. Having a wedding venue that was all inclusive was priceless. Nandy and her staff went above and beyond to make sure even the smallest detail of the wedding wasn't overlooked and we received many compliments on the food, cake and the DJ Don. Family is so important to us and we wanted our children to play a part in our wedding. When, at the last minute, we told Nandy that we wanted to have a power point playing during a special dance with our children and during the reception her staff went into action. They provided a table complete with drapery and the necessary equipment to accommodate a 50 inch TV and computer. Needless to say, it worked wonderfully and it was a major highlight of the evening.

All in all, Town Manor is a wonderful place to have a wedding and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone. However there are two things to be aware of: 1. There is a pre-planned packaged flow of events and you must clearly communicate if you DON'T want some of those events to happen. 2. You only get 4 hours. If you want a wedding that will not have a structured order of events and run like clockwork, this might not be the place for you. It is perfect for a small wedding. It's not a place if you want to dance into the night and have a lot of free time to mingle. My experience was that the ceremony started at 4:30 pm and we were done at 8:33 pm.
That being said, Nandy (who was at times my therapist!) and staff are professional, kind, easy to work with and runs a well oiled machine and this is very much an all-inclusive venue which saves a ton of time, a bit of money and stress. For the price you get a gorgeous venue, M.C./DJ, good food (try the pork with chorizo), a cake and planner. The gardens and grounds are filled with beautiful flowers that embrace Florida's true beauty. There are several spots throughout the property to capture the romantic embrace of newly weds.
Having the option to select all inclusive packages, gave me more time to focus on the finer details of my special day. I was pleased with the communication to keep all elements of my planning on schedule.
